The Basin Theatre Group has introduced a new internet ticketing system allowing you to book and pay for tickets over the internet.

Please note:

Please sign in (menu on the top right of the each page in the actual ticketing system after clicking the link below) as this allows you to enter your details once for all your current and future ticket purchases. Enter your email address as a New Account the first time.
You must have a printer if you use the our ticketing system to purchase your tickets, as we will not be mailing tickets out where they are bought through the internet . Our new ticketing system allows you to print your tickets at home. Please ensure you select the "Print at Home" Delivery Method.
You must have Java active on your computer for our new ticketing system to draw the seating plan of the theatre to allow seat selection.
Our new ticketing system is simple to use. If the transaction fails after your credit card has been accepted, please ring the Ticket Secretary on 1300 784 668.
If you have any special requests - i.e bookings for people in wheelchairs - then you must still ring the Ticket Secretary for your booking.
Tickets cannot be purchased via email, however you must enter your email address in the payment section of the system.
